'Easy' Return/Exchange Policy

Below is our return/exchange policy to ensure you're happy with your purchase, as well as, your shopping experience with us.

• Please complete & return the form provided in your shipment.
• Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer returning.
• Returns accepted back to Hazel's Fashion Wagon (HFW) within 14 days based upon customer's tracking order number.
• Items to be returned are not to have been worn, altered, or laundered.  Please return in original shape in which you received, with tags attached. 
• Shoes are to be returned with original packaging - box, bag, etc. with no 'grime' or streaks present.
• Earrings are a non-returnable item.
• Refunds are issued using the same payment method as you originally purchased item(s).
• Exchanges are at the discretion of HFW if we have the exchangeable item in stock.
• We will email you confirmation of your items when received back to HFW and will refund amount (less shipping charges) after that time.
